Ergonomics was a large part of my major project as I really wanted to consider the health and safety of the beautician while she was at work. As the seat was the main base of beauty on the go, I started there and conducted alot of research in the ergonomics of the best sitting postions. This also included looking at anthropometrics of the human body and taking these into consideration.
This page shows just a small percentage of the research I conducted into the saddle seat. In my opinion it was important to look in depth into this section as this is what would make the most impact on the beautician at work.
