The Greens at Chestatee Landscap Plan - This is just a small sample of my work from Stephen Fuller Inc. B/W drawings were scanned and cleaned up, then printed onto watercolor paper, watercolored by Ken Finley, then we scanned them back in and created the layout and design. These would then be added to books or output as panels for meetings with the client.

Promotional Internet Certificate - These were promotional certificates I designed and were given out to customers that came into the showroom. The customer service rep would fill in the current password so that the customer could log online and browse the huge selection of house plans.
Walnut Cove Material Selection - This was just one of several color selections that I put together working with the project manager. Each selection showed an example of the material and color along with the color name and number. These were designed for the client to give potential builders and home buyers selection ideas that went along with the community building guides.
Crystal Falls Master landplan - The landplans were created from the b/w files, which we cleaned up and then printed onto watercolor paper. Ken Finley created the watercolor. The landplans were huge and had to be scanned as 11x17 pieces, and then I pieced them back together. Once the template was created, the landplan was added and then all the lots and names were added to the design in Quark. This piece was then printed on a large format printer at 48x48, mounted to board and used for the client meeting and presentation.
Walnut Cove 36x48 Panel - These panels were created for the Walnut Cove sales center for display. We created a number of these because there were 4 or 5 different designs and floorplan variations for each. These show two designs and the matching set of floorplans in the middle.
Thunder Farms Alumelite Panel - I created this panel for Thunder Farms. They bought some of our homeplans for the neighborhood and wanted an outdoor sign to advertise. This was a 48x48 alumelite board.
