Nike Juicer - This was a corporate identity project that challanged students to take an object such as a juicer and ask what would this object look like if a company such as Nike made it. This is my interpretation of a Nike juicer. The device combines the juice container and juicer into one product. By lifting the lid the juicer head and storage container insert can be removed for washing.
Scuria Commuter Vehicle - The purpose of the scuria project was to design a maneuverable, light weight, and fuel efficient commuter vehicle that can safely transport passengers through a multitude of enviroments. The body is constructed from fiberglass and is powered by a 15 hp electric motor. The final model shown is a working prototype.
PROJECTS - PROJECTS is a personal computer system that looks at the capabilities of PC's and projectors 5 to 10 years in the future. The unit is in the form of a large PDA and is primarily designed as a tool for business presentations . PROJECTS has the ability to project on to any surface that a standard projector can utilize, giving people in business the ability to give presentations in any environment and make changes on the go no matter where they are located. Since you can carry your files and software with you, compatability issues from one PC to another are eliminated. The keyboard is adjustable for a more comfortable and ergonomic position. A removable trackball is used for navigation, and when flipped upside down converts into a small wireless mouse. Large capacity memory cards are utilized for data storage and transfer along with 2 USB ports for extra peripheral devices.
Auburn University Hall of Honor - The project was sponsored by Auburn University's Athletic Department in order to create a room which will showcase the various acedemic achievements of all the university's athletic divisions. There are 3 different types of displays which are made of mahogany, glass, and stainless steel. The glass contain removable images which can be replaced or updated easily.
Handicap Sandbox - The purpose of this project was to design a sand box for a local elementary school that would allow access to children in wheel chairs. The shape allows for multiple users and the slope allows for water to drain. Fiberglass was used to construct the sandbox ensuring long term durability.
