Spark Travel Optics
This project was done at the University of Wuppertal in Germany. The focus was on design for manufacturing, with the goal being to create a beautiful object with manufacturing and assembly processes in mind. The Spark Binoculars are held together entirely with 4 screws, using a central frame and outer body that lens tubes easily slide into. The Spark brand is that of adventure- the idea is to bring back the idea of using binoculars to a new generation of explorers.
