Vine Wine Bar + Cafe, Greenport, NY - This project was two phase. The first phase involved construction of a new 4000 sq. ft. mixed use building at 100 South Street, Greenport, NY. Making use of the rich local vernacular a commercial/residential building was designed. Second phase was fit out of client's restaurant "Vine Wine Bar" in corner unit of building. A strong interior/exterior relationship was established using the extensive porch, large windows and corner patio.
