Bowie Album - Designed as a 35th anniversary re-release of the David Bowie album Aladdin Sane, I kept the lightning bolt motif of the original. I think updating the layout made the colors and shape seem even more retro.
Golem Album - Golem is "not your father's klezmer band!" They mix Old World Jewish tradition with frantic New York punk, and I mixed Jewish wedding imagery with Frankenstein's monster and bride for this live album cover from a Halloween night concert.
Fruitbat Preserves - Packaging for a light-hearted line of exotic fruit preserves. (No fruitbats were harmed in the making of this jam)
Curse of Monkey Island! - Toy packaging for action figures from the 90s LucasArts computer game "Curse of Monkey Island." A silly, over the top game, so I kept the graphics cartoony and the text ridiculous. If you're George Lucas reading this, give me a call and we'll make it happen!
Folio Cafe Collateral - Food and drink packaging for Folio Cafe and Bookshop, it's a warm, local shop with book clubs and a shop cat, so I tried to reflect the feel of the place through the color palette and imagery.
