Conversations- Arbitration Lobby Art & Room Design - Research & observation led our design team to conclude that the visitors’ felt lack of comfort & confidence in the arbitration process, rooted at the physical attributes of the space. The "Conversations" pieces emphasize the important role that effective communication plays in the prevention & resolution of disputes. The redesign of the lobby & artwork has increased comfort & understanding of the arbitration process.
