Bender Costume
My first venture into extreme costume building, I used EVA foam, plastic bowls, garbage cans and paint to create Futurama's lovable robot. The mouth uses a mesh screen to allow the person inside to see out and the chest door opens.
This project inspired me to explore new materials and methods to create an annual costume while exploring with design. Every year I task myself to use Halloween as an opportunity to learn more about the different processes of building.
