Here the personalized tiles can clearly be seen. There are four such triangle-shaped areas around the center medallion. They were also laid to border the tiled areas in the worship spaces.
Here a woman can be seen pointing out her tile during the gathering for the dedication.
The medallion reads "I am the resurrection and the life!". The motif is the Cantony Cross and represents the Church taking the four Gospels to the four corners of the Earth.

Church of the Resurrection, New Albany, Ohio.

We designed the center medallion to be cut by a water-jet and installed by the contractor. Also installed by the contractor were hundreds of individual tiles personalized by parishioners, They border the common areas and the day chapel. We facilitated a day-long tile painting event where parishioners could come and pick a design from a preselected group and paint it on a tile using our selection of complimentary glazes. They were able to lay their tiles on the floor where they wanted them installed and write a prayer on the concrete which would then be under the tile after the floor was complete. We then fired all of the personalized tiles and returned them to be installed in their respective spots. It was a great deal of work but also very rewarding.
