Low Cost Housing Expansion
Located in a low cost high-density gated development, this design commission has to consider various spatial, cost and code restrictions at the same time keeping the identity of the whole development intact thru this house expansion. The final design output is a floating box volume that protrudes from a row of boring repetitions, while maintaining its vertical and horizontal features at par with the rest of its neighbours.
