These are few designs from my sketchbook , which is developed by end result of a trip I went with my friends to city palace Udaipur .
It is a palace complex built over a period of nearly 400 years , located on the east bank of the Lake Pichola and has several palaces built within its complex. Udaipur was the historic capital of the former kingdom of Mewar in the Rajputana Agency and its last capital.
The architecture and art work in the palace is highly inspiring and opened up the great royal culture of Rajput in front of my eye. When I was moving inside the palace the ambience inside the palace takes me to a fantasy where I can visualize the entire palace is transformed into a set created for a runway show, where the models were evolved with the royal costumes. I tried to sketch these fantasies into my sketchbook.
