Marykutty- a contemporary style
Using my grandmothers’ traditional sarees, i explored with the ways of draping as a part of my styling project. I tried to interpreted everything in a contemporary style. I found that the way of styling makes a lot of difference. but the thing which is same as before is the feel of Indian traditional women. I was happy to find that the essence of Indian women is same as before. Here i got know that textile has its own unique power to transfer the essence from generation to generation.
