The mixed-use development includes office, retail, garden and residential space. Its mosaic-like exterior, with its use of white, light-grey and transparent glass gives the structure an ethereal translucency that’s echoed in the contemporary museum-like interiors.

The overall design is clean and modern with traditional arabesque accents subtly woven throughout. Ample sunlight is diffused into the residential units through layers of hanging gardens and bridged balconies. Neutral furnishings are complimented with hints of color from a few key accent pieces like carpets and wall paintings.
