Master Bedroom Remodel (still in process)

This 400sf Master Bedroom was in dire need of a makeover. Complete naked white walls, awful painted particle board floors, and no interest were immediate concerns.

First, the basics - paint, flooring, and window treatments. This bedroom went from boring to spa like with just some paint and new flooring.

The new hickory laminate flooring adds warmth and grounded the large open room. The inspiration comes from the Vera Wang bedding with pops of turquoise, creating that spa like feeling.

This was just phase one in this project. Next, will be to create a window seat in the cove area, as well as some built ins for storage. The accent wall behind the bed will also be finished along with the rest of the accessories soon.
