Spiral is a store for artworks and furniture by Brazilian artist Wagner Freitas, and this project is an extension of the current adjacent store and showroom. Seven small shops were allocated at floor level to be let to third parties and a multi-use space on the first floor is accessed trough external stairs and can be used to host events and exhibitions. This flexible space is connected to the first floor of the existing building through a metallic walkway and can be divided in three different exhibition rooms with separated access, allowing multiple possibilities of use.
