Reflector prototype. The reflection we wanted to achieve on certain products was calculated using Photopia Software. Once we had our desired reflecion angles, we traced the reflection curves on Solidworks to build a quick prototype using ALMECO aluminum sheets. If the results were as desired, we proceeded on designind a plastic injected reflector that would later be metalized with aluminum in the prodction process.
