Stylistically, the goal was to create a concept that appealed to both an established working generation, and excited up and coming job seekers. We sketched through many concepts both the overly theme of all were bridging the gap, connecting, and consulting.

Because this was a self-brand, we ultimately decided landed on using her initials. This way Katie could be identified with the text treatment and without. We removed crucial pieces of each of the letters of her initials to allow the user's eye to fill in the gap themselves notifying them of the brand. The accompanying circle signifies "relationship" and "connection."
