Due to budget constraints I approached a college illustration class with a contest to see which student could best illustrate "family" without showing race. This beautiful illustration of an elephant family was the winner.
I directed a photo shoot at our company picnic and using models we had on “hand” including staff and their family the photographer took this shot. A cost-effective solution before stock photography became so reasonable.
