BBQ Unit for B&Q
2nd year Uni project.
The brief was to design a barbeque unit for B&Q.
It is to be manufactured for medium volume production. The barbeque is to be fuelled by bottled gas, and the client insists that the gas cylinder should be enclosed in a steel housing so that children cannot access the on/off lever.
The design should be based on sheet steel bending and should demonstrate the understanding of the material and process limitations.
