The theme of these looks are based on the wonderful Amazon Jungle. I wanted to include colorful printed fabrication that made me think of the wonderful wildlife of the Amazon Jungle. Also, the model's face are painted like the Kamayurá indians,one of the indigenous people of this magical environment. Many of these tribes, are disappearing because of deforestation. I wanted to create pieces that were sexy, but "ethereal", hence the heavy use of draping in the swimsuits, tops and dresses.
