Alton Mill Arts Centre

The Alton Mill Arts Centre was designed in response to a demand for an expansion of an already existing arts centre housed in a repurposed 19th century mill building. The expansion required conference rooms, public spaces, learning studios, and restaurant venues. The design of the renovated Alton Mill Arts Centre celebrates the heritage of the old industrial building, while bringing in a creative new atmosphere for artists and art lovers. Total wood structure, ceramic tile cladding, and stone landscaping produce a warm atmosphere highlighted by interior, exterior, and rooftop garden spaces.
