Rio de Janeiro, Brasil (2014). Between hills and ocean, Rio de Janeiro is a fragile pedestal for urban settlement. In a restrained economic situation, the use of public data, free software as RDF and territorial triangular surface (TIN), are used together in this study as a single tool to detect quickly high risk areas and design the priority areas for preservation and green infrastructure.
