Rendair raw image. On top of a great result, I was able to correct the fabric on the blue chair, which was originally two-toned, leather arms and blue seat.

Midjourney retexture tool raw image. I was able to achieve a more photorealistic look with Midjourney on this project; without reference images this time. At second look I think this is an awfully nice result. Midjourney takes a little more doing than some of the other ai-powered renderers; not nearly "stable diffusion" type difficulty, but a little more work.

Seating vignette rendered in Rendair and Midjourney

Seating vignettes compared in two programs, Rendair and Midjourney's "retexture tool." Based on workspace of co-working firm WeWork, Boston. I was able to achieve more photorealistic images in Midjourney with this project, maybe after changing my prompt.
