Midjourney image based on SketchUp image; run without a "personalized" style reference. Nice shading, drama and dappling.
Midjourney image without using a "personalized" style reference.
Midjourney image using new "Mood Board" feature. I tried to load the Mood Board up with very realistic, shiny images, but that seemed to result in flat and overly simple images with a lack of detail.
Another Midjourney image making use of the Mood Boards or another "personalized" style reference. Not much detail or depth to the image.

Quick look at recent project in Midjourney

I took a quick look at a recent project in Midjourney. I wanted to try the new "Mood Board" offered there which I thought might give me a more accurate personal style reference than the previous way of doing it. Instead it gave me pretty flat looking, simplistic images (based on the images I uploaded to the mood board).

When I departed from using personalized style reference settings, I got moody images (top images). The structure of the furniture is too incorrect to work with or fix, but Midjourney has a real nice look.
