mnml.ai preliminary rendering. A third front sofa option
Sketchup image. In this project I found that separating parts of scene and running separately was not necessary, and results were good (or better) when the entire scene was run as one.
Rendair raw image processed in "3D base to render" mode. I am encouraged that results in Rendair for model image processing seem improved, and are not as ornate or overdone as they have been previously. Some inaccuracies still but such a great direction.
Rendair raw image again. Very attractive results but getting pretty far from actual model image.
Rendair raw image, "3D Base to Render" mode. At some point program changed here seemingly on its own and started making the sofa blue or green and wouldn't move off that. But still, great to see more reasonable result from "3D Base to Render" mode. You can see the drawing quality is terrific; so much potential for this mode, (I already make use of many other features and modes in this program; editing, enhancement, processing of graphics.)
MYArchitectAI result, raw image. This program has no problem interpreting the model image correctly (in its "accurate mode") but is missing detail and reflections, can end uplooking flat. Be sure to press "best" render speed, as default now seems to be "fast" and there is a significant difference. I missed the new "best" button at first; think position has changed and not so noticeable, or is easy to miss. I may have made that mistake with an image in a recent post..

MNML.ai and others - Fresha

Offices of Fresha, designed by Loop Interiors. I focused on results with mnml.ai but also quickly looked at same scene in two other ai renderers, Rendair and MYArchitectAI.

Very pleased with the mnml.ai results. It does require a lot of results in order to arrive at the best and most accurate images, however (and I am being charged for every image).

I finally just decided to make the "image strength" 100% and creativity zero, since I really don't want any departure from image (and prompt); that kind of setting doesn't result in simply a return to the SketchUp image in this program, and gives me more of what I want.
