Rendering processed in MYArchitectAI first, then in Rendair "image to render" mode. It's a complicated "serpentine" type reception desk. The handling of the terracotta texture and the wood veneer was difficult; the seam between the two materials was often unrefined.
Prelminary image obtained by MYArchitectAI. This is crucial for accuracy. The diagonal line might look interrupted, but it's easily fixable and was one of the only images among both renderers that even dealt with the line along the front of the reception desk.
I made just a few changes to the original MYArchitectAI base image, before running it in Rendair.
I like the photo of the actual scene (below) and liked the look of the unusual design in my SketchUp rendering. Representing the 3D type terracotta finish photorealistically was challenging however; especially where it meets the wood veneer.

Jamf reception desk

Image based on offices of Jamf, Amsterdam, designed by Jamf Workplace Team and M Moser Associates.

The serpentine shape of the reception desk promised to be difficult but the representation of the terracotta 3D texture, and it's seam with the veneer below, was more challenging; the seam often seemed rough.

I would have liked to have made the terracotta pattern smaller, but I was pretty far from a point where I could change the size, plus AI had a "look" or solution for the terracotta by then and it then doesn't respond easily to a new direction (in the prompt).

I managed to separately create the image of the wall sconce with the LED spread of light. I didn't have luck right away with the neon at the logo though and left as is for now.

I think it was risky to put these two finishes together, but that is what I like about M. Moser, that you can often find this kind of "irony" in a design, something unusual. This makes it a pleasure for me to model their designs, over and over.
