this is a sauces batter, so it can be used do make mayonnaise, and other sauces.
it's applied to a variety of different kinds of glasses, but the ideal is the whisky glass.
it can be dis-assembled easily washed, and being made of acrilic or another polymer, allows the "mixer" to last longer, being also very hygienic.
