Restaurant: Hop Stop European Gastropub
SPECIAL CHALLENGES: Create a 250 person restaurant with a separate retail space. Restaurant must comply with ADA and applicable building codes. Restaurant owner desires a European Gastropub with a casual, artisanal, neighborhood feel.
DESIGN STATEMENT: By using an eclectic style that mixes both traditional and modern elements, we acknowledge the regional variations of Europe. Contrasts between warm and cool colors, linear and organic lines introduce interest and whimsy into this design.
