Charrette Sustainable Urban Housing / August 25-26, 2006 - In this project we identified five important scenes in the Carolina urban center and managed to create a connection between them. We used suggested connections based on the arrangements of the housing developments. The housing buildings were thought to be what generated the densification of the urban center. The dwellings were designed thinking about the solar orientation and crosswind ventilation.

Charrette Urbans Roads / August 20-23, 2005 - The avenue we had to analyze is called Munoz Rivera Ave., it is one of the main streams of the metropolitan area, specially after the new elevated train was built within it in 2004. We identified four important intersections where we proposed several interventions that would improve the connections between different sectors as well as make it more dense, therefore raising the trains passenger flow. This project was published in SJU 7500km of Opportunities.
