Idlewild Live/Work Units (VA) - An experiment for Ryland Homes, a mixed use set of townhomes in a new-build, residential development. I will be interested to see how it gets integrated into the community. It is a big step for a large scale builder and I credit them with pushing their own boundries.

Massive amount of concrete. When finished it will be quite an asset to the community. It won't look like this :(
