Stripe A was born by a simple philosophy: "Lightness" intended by both a physical and conceptual point of view. The reduced weight, guaranteed by the aluminium work, lends itself to "conceptual" lightness of the object, given by the space that divides the support floor and the two struts. It was made without the use either of moulds or of other suitably manufactured tools. This allows, crossing the use of highly standardised bending techniques, a sensible reduction of costs.
