METAMORPHOSIS- The Health Hub

Obesity in the young has become so prevalent that it could almost be classified as an epidemic. Many people think that obese individuals are lazy. As a result, obese people often face prejudice or discrimination. Feelings of rejection, shame, or depression are common. The solution is to transform these students physically and emotionally into a confident individual by setting up a Health Hub that houses a health café and gym.

Located at 54, 55 and 56 Spottiswoode Park Road Singapore at Blair Plain district, the area was given conservation status on 25 October 1991. It is an attractive residential area with some commercial activities along Kampong Bahru Road and Neil Road. It has compact cluster of two and three storey shophouses and residential terrace houses of the early, transitional, late and art deco styles.
