justWink cards were both challenging and fun to work on. Designing different types of cards and staying on brand was key in order to make them stand out among all other cards and appeal to a younger audience. A good balance between design and copy was especially important with these cards, because once they come together, the card becomes more than a piece of paper or images, it becomes a feeling that a person can relate to. As a digital artist, sometimes you never get to see your work in real life, and sometimes you never get the chance to work with print. With these cards, designers were able to get printed versions of their cards thanks to the app's print - on - demand functionality. Since the majority of my previous life and work was in the video production area, it was awesome to have something I could actually hang on to.
