TOY SCALE PROJECT
This was my final design for a 1st year project to design a set of toy scales for children aged 4-7 years old. I challenged myself to design an aesthetic that would appeal to the younger user but not be a hindrance to any modern interior as many children’s toys are.
One of the main inspirations for the design was Ross Lovegrove who is often inspired by basic bone structure which allow forms to be lightweight and airy but still strong.
