This mixed-use building, located in the busy intersection of Jakarta-BSD toll road and the eastern ring road, is intended to become a new urban center around Jakarta. It strategic site with easy access from the airport makes this new development has a potential to draw crowds which give an opportunity to offer many functions to its users. The railway track which are adjacent to the site makes it really suitable as a train station. The adjacency to the transportation system gives an opportunity to serve the travellers’ needs. It is implemented by proposing a hotel programme along with its various facilities, such as restaurants, helath club and convention ballroom. Mall and theater will serve as another mass atraction to make this building more alive and vibrant. Last, but not least, office program are inserted to make this development to be a new business center in the district.
