Bourgeois Bohemian Hotel in Jakarta
This final project intends to create variations of space and rooms which could be explored by the users. The main target user of this hotel is the ‘Bourgeois Bohemian’. It is a new upper class in urban societies with high income and high education. They have specific characteristics which I summarized and from them I derived the programs of space, site criteria, and design guides. Those parameters then guided the evolution of form and programming of this five star hotel.
