Gold Coast Residences were designed to be an elegant addition to the Lakefront properties that line Chicago's Lake Shore Drive. The luxury property is meant to be home to those in transition, downsizing and wanting to still live in the heart of the city. Booth Hansen worked with a local development company to create a site specific and elegant solution to a complex site with numerous restrictions. The project takes advantage of the view to the water while also maintaining privacy where needed. The project was complete in 2019 and has over 61 rental units with 14 of them being townhomes located on the first and second floors.
