House of the 50's 2 bethroom, 2 bath @ Hollywood Hills Ca.
Our challenge: Low Cost - High Design Remodel.
The house was modified according to the client needs.
On the ground floor there are three structural elements: A Cylindrical Column, Steel Beams and Staircase.
Predominant materials: Canadian Maple on wood floors and stairs, Steel Beams Columns, Stucco on fireplace and bathrooms, Carrara Marble.
Out Side: Tongue and Groove Clear Vertical Grain Cedar from Oregon and Stucco.
Landscape: Drought Tolerance.
