Coffee is essential to most morning routines. There are many ways to prepare coffee, from the simple chemex or french press setups to more advanced drip
machines. I wanted to create a slim drip coffee maker with a clean modern aesthetic. The final design, in some ways reminiscent of the Jasper Morrison
coffee maker for Rowenta, has a simple rectangular front face, a slim base and easy to use controls. The water tank wraps around the open space for the coffee pot, which allows for such a slim profile. The
coffee pot itself is also highly simplified with a rectilinear handle and proportions. This product would be a great addition to any kitchen counter.
