Member (2011)
I was the UX Lead for this effort.
We redesigned our member site with a more contemporary look while provided some needed usability and feature improvements. Results from multiple usability labs helped us decide which information was most important for our users and what areas were still a bit confusing. Graphing and visuals helped bridge this gap. Also included are some examples of the wireframes used for testing. Navigation and design elements were also made touch friendly for our tablet market.
