I am the lead for the UX team at Florida Blue. The team is comprised of 8-10 individuals at any point in time. Skills on the team include user experience design, usability research, prototyping, front-end development, graphic design, and web analytics. The team works on over 100 projects a year covering around 20 different websites including desktop and mobile.
