Raised Water Heaters
After many years of using a complex, expensive display in water heaters, we knew there was an opportunity to improve both the cost and customer experience. Using sales, vendor, and customer experience data, we designed signs that would better guide customers through the shopping funnel. After seeing success with those graphics, we also tackled a shelf space challenge by taking out the product displays, and raised the signage to make space for 4 additional water heaters on the floor. As a result, some SKUs that were previously confined to the second shelf gained a floor spot, and are consequently seeing greatly improved sales.
