Faucet, Sink and Tub Repair Bay is very complex with hundreds of SKUs. We set out to improve the customer and store setup experiences. For the customers, we redesigned the aerator sign, redeigned the stem reference booklet, and brought items lower for easier shopping. For the associates, we brought in a robust metal wall and shelving for heavier items, making it easier to downstock, while also redesigning the lectern fixture to reduce in-store damage. The program exceeded sales expectations in the original 700 stores, then expanded to 400+ more stores.
