SITE ANALYSIS The site is located in Bagan Lalang, Malaysia. Bagan Lalang, a beach destination near Sungai Pelek town in Sepang district.
DESIGN CONCEPT A spatial sequence begins with the trees along the pathway of the beach. In such a way, the view framed by the tree happened to captivate people to the beach. Once follow the way to the beach, the experience begins with the combination of senses, nature, and light. The prominent feature is appeared to be a framing view and it the frame starting to loose till no frame at all (open beach).
SITE PLAN Tidal pool & pavilion is a journey that captivates people to come in and experience the architecture through the discovery of light, space, sense, materiality and atmosphere

SECTIONS
ENTRANCE/ DROP OFF POINT Great view framed by the stacking timber frame entrance attract the visitor to enter and discover whatever inside the pavilion. It is also where the journey of the pavilion begins.
CLUB MEMORABILIA As a pathway lead the visitor through the whole space of The pavilion. Visitor will be entertained by several achievement of the local sports club while enjoying their walk. The natural light highlight the trophy and honour board, adding the value of the achievement.
GYMNASIUM Open Gymnasium offer the visitor of having healthy body more close to the nature. The equipment for gym is part of the timber frame.
PUBLIC ROOM Visitor can have their sports, yoga and ceremony inside with the best view during the day. The adjustable folding panels give a nice open view with some shading as well. Visitor could go out to the deck and enjoy more nearer to the beach.
BEAUTY CHAMBER It is not only offers the privacy for the visitor but also having a great view of the beach. Beauty chamber separated the massage and the spa room.
