SITE ANALYSIS Klang that is famous of its multicultural city, there have n unique way of living. Most of the citizen live heterogeneity but they have a very minimum communication towards each other. Though there is not any negative impact till right now. Thus, the idea of shaping environment but still maintain the division.
DESIGN CONCEPT Based on site study through zoning diagram and several perspectives of Klang city on the site context, there is two major users group; Malay Muslim which majority are student from the Muslim School and Chinese Taoism family running their business at there.
SITE PLAN Consists of two blocks which each block represents each race. Commercial Area is located on the lower ground of communal housing. Meanwhile, the event space is located adjacent of the public housing which located near to both blocks.
FLOOR PLANS Both public housing and communal housing consist of four storeys. Each two storeys of communal housing share a communal space. Meanwhile for public housing, first and second storey is duplex three bedrooms units, the third storey is for two bedrooms units and last storey is for single bedroom unit

COMMUNAL HOUSING SECTIONS
PUBLIC HOUSING [TOP] Public housing is located there due to its distance to the temple and the adjacent Chinese shoplots. [BOTTOM] Each units of public housing have its own courtyard. For the ground floor occupants, there is a private garden. Dining table not only for dining but also as place to serve guest, do homework, playing mahjong while enjoy the semi open space.
COMMUNAL HOUSING [TOP] Community Housing is located adjacent to the Muslim School, so the students will be more efficiently to have their activities. [BOTTOM] Girl and Boy have a different communal space. Each two floors share one communal space.

A mixed used development accommodation for medium low income. “ARCHITECTURE SHAPED BY ENVIRONMENT” The objection of this project is to design public housing and communal housing with commercial area in order to make better living.
