nook remodel
This was my first ever home to remodel. I started downstairs in the breakfast nook of this 3BR/2.5BA. The floors were changed from a dingy basic neutral standard carpet to a walnut colored ceramic tile. It has a textured pattern to give that real wood look minus the maintenance (great for rentals!) of wood flooring. I also upgraded the baseboards from 4" to 6" to give the floors a bolder look. The wall color is BEHR celery ice. A modern style glass table and chairs to complete the look.
