A Better Ticket - Designing for Toll Collectors - The culmination of three months working with toll collectors on the Massachusetts Turnpike, this redesigned toll ticket works within the existing infrastructure to improve the interaction for both toll collector and turnpike patron. Boldly displaying the toll for both collector and patron, folds in half to complement existing infrastructure.
