The blue portion of the model is removable. This allows replacement with different inserts that have different surface features. The model then can function as both a calibration unit and as a training tool.

Calibration Model
The purpose of this project was to create a master stereolithography pattern that could be used to create mulitiple physical urethane parts using short run soft tooling. These pictures show both the pattern that was created and the water clear parts that were cast. There were tolerance requirements along with number of other constraints for htis project.
