HDR is an acronym for high dynamic range photography, which is a process that uses a set of techniques to produce an image with a greater dynamic range of luminosity than is standard (better quality). Raw is a method of displaying an image that is significantly less "processed" than the traditional JPEG; it's in a "raw" state.
