A completely rebuilt membership and content management system on the back-end has streamlined the organization's online member management infrastructure.
During the rebuild process we also deeply streamlined how the client's promotional and news content are served on the site, making newsletters and other resources more visible, attractive and user-friendly.

AFERM Site Rebuild with Click-Refresh

The Association for Federal Enterprise Risk Management tasked us in 2015 with rebuilding their 300 member paid-membership-based web site to create a more streamlined and intuitive experience for both front end users and admins. I worked closely with Sammy Russo, Click-Refresh ownner and founder to deliver a virtually seamless complete back-end rebuild on Wordpress and launched within about a month of the project's start.
